GABBY BOLIVAR

My name is Gabby Bolivar and I am an amateur photographer based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela.
Since I was a little girl I liked art, I took classes in oil painting, I participated in a few local contests and I did some exhibitions. Painting was my passion for more than 15 years. I graduated as Electrical Engineer in Venezuela and I left the art aside for a while.
When I moved to Canada looking for a new beginning I discovered the art of photography. I started to take pictures 3 years ago and since then; I had not been able to stop. I became member of two photography groups in Montreal were I have the opportunity to share, study, learn and develop my love for this art.
I was able to learn a different type of photography such as macro photography, splashes and abstract.
